We take care of the business side of your private practice allowing you to focus on clinical care.
Our billing process:
- We phone or email your patients & provide an IFC with a fee estimate for their operation. If we are not able to contact them, we notify you immediately.
- We provide you with a personalised billing timesheet which is fast and easy to fill out. After you send us your completed billing timesheet we input the data. This data is then checked and processed.
- The invoice is sent via ECLIPSE to Medicare/Health funds or directly to the patient, preferably by email. Most ECLIPSE claims are processed between 3-10 days.
- We collect payments (cheques) from patients and Funds who do not use a web based system for payment and these are deposited directly to your bank account. Patients are then sent receipts to take to Medicare and their Health fund for rebate.
- All other payments are deposited directly to your account.
- We provide monthly or quarterly practice reports. These include BAS statements, activity reports and everything you need to reconcile payments with your bank statements for your accountant.
Additional services:
We respond to your queries via email within 24 hours and answer all phone calls when possible, including outside normal working hours.
